What is Fich@?
Fich@ is an application designed for freight and passenger transport companies to automatically and accurately record their employees’ working hours using data from digital tachograph cards. This tool allows them to comply with the legal obligation to keep a daily record of working hours, facilitating HR management and ensuring compliance with current regulations.
By integrating digital tachograph data, Fich@ automatically performs calculations, selecting the applicable collective bargaining agreement and the terms of each employee’s employment contract. This allows the generation of detailed reports on actual working hours, presence time, overtime, night hours, vehicle usage and distances travelled, among other aspects relevant to labour management.
Additionally, Fich@ is compatible with all peripherals and remote download systems, as well as with Opentach public network of download centres, which has more than 100 poitns across the Iberian Peninsula. The platform retains data for a period of four years, ensuring 24/7 custody service throughout the year.
